EVERY STAGE MATTERSA considered process that begins in the field and ends with the product on your shelf.

Specialist agronomists monitor the crops and guide healthy plant growth. Samples are collected to assess the gel.
Trained staff carefully harvest the leaves and promptly transport them to the laboratory to preserve their freshness.
The leaves are washed, the outer rind is removed and the inner gel is collected. The process described in the catalogue does not use chemicals to stabilise the gel.
The gel is homogenised and bottled in glass, completing its journey from the Cretan farm to the bottle.
